We had a very good experience from this tour operator. We were a group of 9 people booking with them a customized private tour from Auckland to Rotorua for 5 days. Everything was well planned. They arranged picking up from airport and dropping us back to cruise port at the end. Helped us to solve all our logistic issue. We communicated with Vee through Whatsapp and emails. She handled everything very well and solved all the questions and problem we had before the tour. Michael was our tour guide. He was very experienced. He was also very accomodating to our needs. If we come back to New Zealand, we definitely will have them arrange our tour again.
