What We Collect

The personal information we collect falls under three broad categories: contact information, activity history, and publishable content. 

  • Contact details are collected as supplied by you from time to time or whenever you use our online enquiry form.

  • We do not personally store usable credit card information. 

  • Google Analytics records the paths taken by visitors through the website and basic actions performed. This information is anonymous and not correlated in any way with your contact details, IP address, or any other information.

  • Activity history consists of orders, enquiries, votes submitted via the website, or offline contact you have with us such as phone calls, text messages or email addresses.

  • Publishable content consists of comments or any other submissions of content you would like us to publish on our website.

How We Collect

Contact information and publishable content are collected when supplied by you either via the website or direct to us by other means. Google Analytics data is collected by Google, a 3rd party, and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.  Activity history is recorded whenever you undertake an activity such as submit an online enquiry, make a comment, vote on an object, and may additionally be recorded by us when you contact us offline.

How We Disclose

We may disclose your personal information to third parties, and you consent to us disclosing your personal information to third parties, under the following circumstances:

 

  • As part of a sale of all or part of our business

  • When explicitly authorised to do so by yourself at the time you supply the information

  • As required or authorised by any applicable law

  • As required for processing of credit card payments by Internet Payment Gateways and Merchant Facilities.

  • As part of any investigation by us into you or your activity on our website (including to your Internet Service Provider or network administrator)

  • If we have reason to believe that you have committed a breach of any of our terms of use or have been otherwise engaged in any unlawful activity and we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary (including to the Police or any other enforcement body, or to your Internet Service Provider or network administrator)

  • To lessen or prevent a serious threat to a person’s health or safety

The passenger acknowledges and gives consent for ExperienceKart/ExperienceKart by itself or through an agent to take photographs, audio or video recordings, or other forms of recordings that capture the passenger’s image, likeness, voice, performance or all of these (“Images”) during the course of this activity / tour. The passenger acknowledges and gives consent for ExperienceKart to receive and use Images of the passenger from other. 

ExperienceKart may use images for marketing and promoting its services. The ways in which the Images will be used for marketing purposes include, but are not limited to, incorporating the Images in print, broadcast, internet media, direct marketing channels, downloadable content and applications, and all other media, platform or technology now known or to be developed for distribution around the world. The Images may be altered, modified, changed, combined or incorporated into other works. 

The passenger has a right to request access to the passenger’s Images and to correction of those Images to ensure they are complete and not misleading. However, the passenger acknowledges that if the Images have been incorporated into marketing materials, it may not be reasonably practicable for ExperienceKart to make any changes to the Images. The passenger authorizes ExperienceKart to refuse the request to correction in such circumstances. 

 

The passenger acknowledges and gives consent to ExperienceKart to collect passenger name and contact information such as email address and mobile phone number for the purposes of communication related to travel arrangements. Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, the passenger acknowledges and agrees that ExperienceKart may share the contact name, contact phone number and location details with the Ministry of Health and/or the District Health Board on request in the event that it is required for contact tracing purposes. We will not use it for any other purpose, and will destroy it after 30 days. It will be kept here at ExperienceKart Limited.
