Private Charter Hire

Do you require a deposit to make a reservation for private charter?

Yes we require a 20% deposit of the total booking amount. This must be paid to secure the booking.

When do I need to pay for my journey?

A 20% deposit is required initially to secure your vehicle, and we require the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to your journey.

Do charter buses have air conditioning?

Yes. All our vehicles have temperature controlled air conditioning and heating systems to keep you comfortable.

Can alcoholic beverages be consumed onboard the vehicle?

Our company policy mandates that no alcohol is to be opened or consumed on the vehicle at all times.

Can food and non-alcoholic beverages be consumed onboard the vehicle?

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be consumed on-board the vehicle as long as there are no spills and handled carefully. If the vehicle is damaged due to any spills, we would charge a cleaning fee that is covered by the bond.

How much will it cost to add another stop on my chartered trip?

Additional cost for extra stops are calculated based on time and distance from the previously quoted journey. We will provide you with this additional cost information and agreed upon mutually.

Can I see the bus before my trip?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to see the bus in person until it comes to pick you up. However you can find some pictures of the vehicle on our website.

Can I play my favorite audio playlist during the ride?

Yes! Sound systems and AUX cables are available upon request. Please chat with our reservation specialists ahead of booking your trip about playing your favorite music on the bus.

Do you require a bond for private charter hire and what does it cover?

Bonds are placed on bookings such as hen parties, stag parties, wine tours, birthday parties, late night transfers etc. The bond is usually $350 including GST (depending upon the purpose of vehicle hire) and covers issues such as, cleaning fees, overtime charges and damages to the vehicle.

Does the price quoted include additional transportation costs such as toll charges, ferry costs, airport parking fees or national park entry fees?

Yes, the costs we quote includes everything and is the cost you will pay for the charter hire. There are no hidden costs.

What type of information do I need to provide for the reservation?

We need the name of the lead party member, a contact number, email address, pick-up address, destination address, pick-up time, number of passengers, and number of bags. Please also let us know if you have any special travel requirements, such as car seats, wheelchair storage etc., at the time of booking. 

Is meet and greet service at the airport included in your service?

Yes, of course. Our staff or driver will be waiting at the arrival lobby of the airport terminal holding a placard with your name on it and our company logo for easy identification, meet and greet. Please include your flight details (under the special requirements section) when you make a reservation with us.

Do I need to include the driver in the events we take part in?

This is absolutely not necessary. However, just like with meals, you are more than welcome to invite the driver along and this is entirely up to you. 

What payment options are available to make a reservation?

Upon receipt of a quote, you can pay online directly using your Mastercard or VISA credit / debit card (additional bank charges may apply) or a direct bank to bank account transfer into our business bank account (details are specified on the quote).

Are charter buses smoke free?

All our vehicles are 100% smoke free. Any form of smoking or vaping is prohibited on our vehicles.
